This was our second time staying at this Airbnb in Delaware, and it was just as amazing as the first! The location is perfect—just minutes from Ocean City, close to everything you need, but still in a nice, quiet area to relax. The home is clean, spacious, and super comfortable, making it perfect for a getaway. It had everything we needed, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The host was great and made sure everything went smoothly. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun, convenient, and relaxing stay near Ocean City!

Scott was a first class Host ! The location on a canal was a new "thing" for us and we enjoyed it despite the quirky weather conditions. This home had many sleeping and living options, plus loads of interesting "beachy" decor items. We would stay here again, when in the area again ! Cudos to our host, Scott, again !

My family enjoyed our stay here for the week with the kids during spring break. We really wish we could’ve stayed longer. House was clean & pleasantly bigger than I imagined. Also not far from a lot of great places including ocean city. Close to Fenwick island! Fox pizza den and La Sierra were our favorites for eating out. We were able to fish and crab out back of the house. It’s pretty early in crabbing season so we only caught a few small crabs that we tossed back. We put a can of tuna in a minnow trap for fishing bait and were successful catching tons of smaller fish. My dog also enjoyed the home which came equipped with a crate and cushions, food and water bowl, dog toy and bone. I’ve just ordered that same crate because my dog loved sleeping in it at night! Overall the best air bnb experience my family have had and we travel frequently throughout the year. I would definitely come back for my next Delaware stay! Great house, great vibes, great experience and great host.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Selbyville! This was the first time we have stopped to visit anything in DE except the outlets in Rehoboth and we've definitely been missing out! We were so lucky to stumble upon this home while putting together an itinerary for our trip. The location is ideal - close to Ocean City, MD, Assateague, Fenwick...but also just far enough inland off Coastal Hwy for a peaceful "back bay" vibe. The house was extremely clean with comfortable living room furniture and bedding/pillows. The waterfront location was beautiful and fun for the kids. We loved the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms - this house might win the award for best hide and seek house, just saying! We also appreciated the local menus and attraction magazines/brochures that were stocked in the "office" area and the tips on the bulletin board from other guests (Lobster Shanty!!). Also a huge plus was the cable TV - always feels more like a vacation when you get to watch local TV/news :)

Let me start this by saying that Scott and his partners were a true Christmas Miracle. They rescued my family (wife and two large dogs) from a horrible Airbnb experience. They allowed us to check in extreme early and checked on us the next morning to male sure we had a great first night and got some good sleep. The place was absolutely amazing. It sits directly on the water in a quiet neighborhood which made for a very relaxing stay. I wish every Airbnb that I have/will use could match the experience that Scott and his partners gave us. My wife and I had a wonderful and relaxing vacation in October. The attention to the decor, amenities, and small details made for a very comfortable and delightful stay. This house is on a canal which gives a picturesque view from many rooms in the home. We look forward to returning in the future, and we would definitely recommend this spot!

This is one of our favorite places to rent. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and will definitely rent it again. Everything was spotless. Love the openness of the space. Our favorite thing is the back deck on the canal. We made a turkey dinner celebrating Thanksgiving in October. Oh and one issue I have with many rentals is the uncomfortable furniture. The furniture in this rentals is great. It’s comfortable and there’s enough seating for everyone. There is a large L shaped sofa in the dinning area that has a tv. So it’s like having 2 living rooms. When in DE this is our pick.
