Two admissions are included through the physical guest passes provided at the cabin. Additional adults, seniors and children ages 8 to 17 can purchase their own daily or multi-day passes at the front desk. Children under 7 enter free. Rainy mornings still have plenty to offer. Swim in two heated indoor pools, fit in a workout at the fitness center, unwind in the locker-room saunas, or let the kids spend time in the arcade and game room. The Community Center also has indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a lending library and the Mountain View Pub. In warmer months, move outside to two heated pools, tennis, pickleball, basketball, sand volleyball, a playground and more than 6 miles of community trails. Spend an afternoon at the pond with its sandy beach, fishing, diving raft and seasonal paddle boats. So many summer-fun activities. When snow arrives, the community offers snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and beginner and intermediate downhill skiing at Campton Mountain. The ski area is under a mile from the cabin by the mapped walking route and offers day and night skiing when weather and operating schedules allow. Loon Mountain is less than a 30 minute drive. Community Center hours, seasonal facilities and operating schedules may change. Children under 7 enter free but are not permitted in the Community Center hot tubs. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS • Upstairs primary bedroom: king bed, sofa bed, queen air mattress and Pack ’n Play • Downstairs bedroom: full bed with a twin bunk above • Second downstairs bedroom: full bed • Living room: sofa • Two full bathrooms with tub/shower combinations KITCHEN AND DINING The kitchen includes an electric range and oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster and Keurig. Cookware, baking sheets, utensils, spices, olive oil and basic cooking essentials are provided, along with dining space for the group. INDOOR AND OUTDOOR LIVING Come home from the trail or mountain and slip into the private deck hot tub while the trees move overhead. Grill dinner in the mountain air, trade stories around the fire pit, or settle beside the wood-burning fireplace on a snowy evening.
