You agree to pay additional fines or be evicted without refund if any rules are broken. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Respect all times for the courtesy of your host and cleaning crew. Early check-ins and late check-outs must receive permission Please abide by the check-out process located in your guest booklet prior to leaving GUESTS & PETS All guests must be 25 years old or older or accompanied by adults who are 25 years or older. Dogs are allowed only if added to the reservation and a pet fee has been paid. No cats or other pets allowed Dogs are not to be left unattended for extended hours, and must be house trained. Guests are responsible for any damage incurred by pets. Dogs must be cleaned up after - please do not leave any dog droppings on the property. GENERAL RULES Inform your host is anything is broken or accidentally removed (we understand accidents happen) Do not sit on ping pong table or other furniture that is not meant to be sat on such as tables and dressers Do not flush anything down the toilet that is not toilet paper, this includes wipes. Foreign objects can cause a septic backup No smoking of any kind inside the house. Any smoking done outside of the house must be properly disposed of. Flicking a cigarette butt into the woods can become an immediate fire hazard. AC should remain in the range between 67 & 73 degrees at all times. Ensure that propane tank is only on while in use. When you are finished cooking, please turn it off. Please ensure that the fireplace flume is open prior to using it. Failing to do so could cause a hire hazard. Expect the possibility of wild life. We have pest control regularly checking on the house, though in the mountains the possibility of seeing bugs and other animals is always possible. HOT TUB RULES: -NO Pregnant women, unsupervised children and those with heart disease -ASK your doctor before getting in if you take medicines or have medical condition -Don’t get in tub if you have open sores or wounds, or cuts, or diarrhea -SHOWER off particles, oils, cosmetics, hair gels, etc…before getting in -CHECK the chemical strip and temperature (104 degrees or less) yourself -No drugs or alcohol use before or during -No pets, pee, or procreation allowed in the tub -Limit your soak to 15 minutes at a time -Keep your head, arms and upper chest out of the water to avoid overheating -Stay hydrated before getting into the hot tub -Get out if you feel dizzy, overheated, nauseous, or unwell -Close the lid when you are finished -Do not sit, lay or stand on the hot tub cover -Be careful when getting out so you don’t slip and fall

Our cabin is just a quick 15 minute drive away from all the main amenities including Starbucks, grocery stores, Downtown Blue Ridge, Walmart, Dunkin Donuts, and Lake Blue Ridge for your convenience. Our cabin is also located close to popular hiking trails, waterfalls, zip lining, playgrounds and so many more adventurous activities. Our quiet neighborhood community is perfect for those looking for a peaceful getaway. Many of our neighbors are full-time residents, so we kindly ask our guests to be respectful and keep outside noise to a minimum. While we do have neighbors, the cabin is fairly private and secluded. You can park your vehicle in our main driveway, which is fully available to our guests. Please note that the area is home to many native insects and reptiles, such as bugs, snakes (not common), frogs, and turtles. We do have pest control, but they still make their presence known on occasion.

We come to the Georgia mountains often but this place was one of a kind. The views are absolutely amazing, there are more towels and linens than you could possibly ever need, and the home is just absolutely beautiful. We have never stayed in the same place twice, but we will absolutely be coming back here!

Fantastic privacy and location! This cabin has been decorated with taste and an eye for relaxation and fun! Our favorite is the bed swing on the screen porch! We are return guests to this perfect location, with great separation space for larger groups or families, and will return again! Polite and responsive hosts!

The house was so comfy and cozy! Great for the whole family even our kids. The view was beautiful! There was plenty of room for the whole family. The large screened in porch was my favorite spot to hang out. Nice and quiet area. We will definitely be back soon.

The place was very clean, spacious, convenient and a short 15 or so minute drive to everything we wanted to do. Our family loved the place. There was a screen that was torn when we got there, they sent someone out immediately to have it fixed. We were surprised that they did not just temporarily fix it. They actually did an amazing job repairing it correctly the first time. There were so many items in the kitchen to cook with. They were very resposive when we messaged them about remotes or whatever that we just overlooked. We hope to be able to spend next Spring Break there.

This place was so beautifully done! Loved the decor and details throughout. One of my favorite moments was sitting in the hot tub with a glass of wine with my family at sunset right as a group of deer decided to go by —and they hung around for a while, too. The place is so close to Project Chimp, as well. If you have kids, there is a koi fish pond for feeding fish and you can walk the trails surrounding the chimp enclosures and actually hear them in the woods! Was so wild, and the trails are free with a small donation, $2 per person is suggested. Would definitely stay again. Very cozy and homey vibes while still feeling like you are in a cabin in the woods.

Rideshare exists in Blue Ridge, but it is not the most reliable option. We recommend you bring your car. We are located off main, paved roads with only a small portion of gravel road leading up to the cabin - it's a very easy drive!
